The OMA3 Technical Working Group is reviewing Universal Manifest for standardization. The group meets bimonthly (every two weeks) to discuss the specification, review implementation feedback, and advance the charter process.

What happens at these meetings
The TWG reviews the Universal Manifest specification section by section. Topics include:
- Specification structure and normative language review
- Implementation feedback from live deployments
- Charter progress and working group formation
- Open technical questions and proposed changes
- Conformance suite coverage
Meetings are working sessions. Participants read the relevant specification sections beforehand and come prepared to discuss specific technical points.
Who should attend
Anyone working on digital identity, verifiable credentials, consent infrastructure, or cross-platform interoperability who wants to shape the standard. The TWG includes platform operators, identity architects, standards engineers, and privacy researchers.
